Are there any limits?
There are no minimum or maximum order amounts. You can buy any quantity on the Mynteq website or from our partners.
Can I pick up my order directly from your office?
You cannot pick up the order from our premises if Mynteq partner (Seller) is trading from his place. The order can only be delivered to your address. Pick up from Mynteq office is possible if Mynteq partner (Seller) is trading from our storage.
Can I store the precious metals I buy on Mynteq?
Yes, we offer a storage solution for the precious metals bought on our platform. You can choose delivery to our storage and duration when placing the order. After receiving your order – we register it on our platform. You can stop the storage by publishing the metal on the Mynteq platform, picking it up or asking for delivery. A list of stored assets is available on your account under the “product page” tab.
Does Mynteq have any physical shops?
Mynteq physical shop is in Tallinn, Estonia. You can always contact us via live chat, phone or email.
Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Once an order is placed on the Mynteq platform, you have agreed and entered into a legal agreement and your order cannot be modified.
Can I buy on Mynteq through my company?
Yes, you can buy via company or personal profile.
Is there any VAT added to Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium?
Yes, all metals include VAT.

Currencies accepted on Mynteq
We accept Euros.
Payment methods accepted on Mynteq
We accept credit cards, using stripe gateway, one of the most secured and payment gateway.
How do I pay in Euros?
Please select “credit card” as the payment method during checkout. You need to pay 2% of the item price to fix the purchase price. You will receive a payment confirmation email after placing the order.
Can I pay in cash for my purchase?
Mynteq doesn’t accept cash payments. All transactions are made online through our payment methods.
Can I pay in installments?
No, it is not possible to pay for your order in parts.
Shipment
What countries do we ship to?
Mynteq is only shipping within the EU. Please check the country list on shipping information page.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the courier company and destination country. From 2 working until 5 working days depend on delivery method and country of residence.
Are deliveries insured?
All items listed on Mynteq are insured.
What to do if the item you received arrived damaged or if it's the wrong item?
If you notice any damage to the package, then you can refuse the shipment. If possible, please take a photo and send it to our support.
If you find a damaged or wrong item inside, please:

| If no solution, please contact our support team with a short explanation of what happened and photos. Mynteq support service will handle the case and find a solution.
Is a signature required for my shipment?
Only Courier shipments require a signature upon delivery or pickup, as well as an ID.
In case of parcel machine pick up no signature or ID required.
How I can track my shipment?
A tracking number will be provided by the seller once the item is shipped. Order status and all related changes are available on Mynteq platform.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address or person?
You can, but all information should be provided to the Mynteq in advance in shipment preparing period.
